Paper Quilts

Quilts can be anything; as a patch-worked, collaged materials sewn together into one, we can questions what can’t be a quilt.

“Paper Quilts” is an ongoing series of works of screen prints which investigate the idea of collaged imagery as a quilt and incorporates hand- or machine-sewn elements into each print. These “quilts” stand alongside other projects, like “The Flowers We Keep”, as a way to gather collected and documented personal ephemera in ways that represent our evolving identities in moments of collision with natural and man-made spaces.
